Nantou Distillery is Taiwan's second largest distillery in size and named after the city where it is located: Nantou. The area is certainly better known for the production of tea than for the production of Whiskey.
The distillery was founded in 2008 and soon specialized in the production of Scottish-style pure malted barley whiskey.
