La Quercia is a small Abruzzo winery committed to quality. It is managed by four professionals who have been working together for years and have decided to try their hand at one of their projects by taking over this small estate in the province of Teramo.
La Quercia is one of those wineries that produce Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Colline Termane DOCG, the only DOCG of Abruzzo. In fact, in the hills of Teramo, which are located between the mountains of Gran Sasso and the Adriatic Sea, the climatic conditions favor the production of elegant wines.
La Quercia owns 45 hectares of vineyards and mainly produces wines of the Abruzzo tradition with Montepulciano, Trebbiano, Pecorino, Passerina and Montonico grapes.
In few years they have been able to make their products popular; they have received important awards from guides and today they export to various countries around the world.
