The company, founded in 1890 by Battista Rinaldi, has grown and consolidated thanks to Giuseppe, called for his strong critical spirit with the name of Citrico, who died a few years ago, and is now in the hands of his daughter Marta . The owned vineyards are located in the most renowned crus of Barolo: seven hectares of native vineyards, managed according to organic methods, without the use of chemical products and herbicides, replaced by sulphur, copper and fertilization with cow manure. The annual production is around 38,000 bottles a year, made up of 60% Barolo and, for the remaining 40%, typical Piedmontese wines such as Dolcetto d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, Nebbiolo and Freisa.
