Fred Jerbis is a young and modern Italian company, born from the founders' passion for the world of plants and the nature of their territory: Friuli. From the collection of wild herbs to their transformation, the step was short and in 2014 they created a liqueur house and distillery to produce Gin, Bitter and Vermouth.
Fred Jerbis means "Federico's herbs": an imaginary identity to communicate the passion and craftsmanship of each product. In fact, every liqueur or distillate produced by Fred Jerbis is cared for in every detail to make it easily appreciated and unique. They have a global vision, they aim at the contemporary consumer but try in each product to enhance the characteristics of their territory: Friuli. The production in fact includes the cultivation itself of the herbs in the Friulian pre-Alps even before their transformation.
