List of products by brand Curatolo Arini
Curatolo Arini
That of Curatolo Arini is a Sicilian family history that begins in 1875 when the winery was founded by Vito Curatolo with the desire to produce Marsala wine. Today the Curatolo Arini winery boasts the distinction of being the oldest Marsala producer managed continuously by the same family.
The Art Nouveau style of the elegant labels that Vito chose at the time has also been maintained by subsequent generations, making the Curatolo Arini bottles easily recognizable. In the 1970s, an important change took place: it was decided to add a new line of wines to Marsala to satisfy a demand for modern wines from native varieties.
Today the third and fourth generation are involved in the company and have developed several product lines: not only Marsala and liqueur wines but also dry fine wines from native and international varieties. Most of the vineyards of the Curatolo Arini winery are located in different areas of the province of Trapani, where Grillo, Inzolia, Catarratto, Moscato are grown, as well as red grapes. Most of the Nero d'Avola is sourced from a vineyard in the province of Caltanissetta. They also manage a vineyard on Etna in Passopisicaro in the township of Casiglione di Sicilia.
