Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2019 San Salvagio
The wine is mainly made from Sangiovese - or Prugnolo Gentile, as it is called in the Montepulciano area. To this is added a small amount of Canaiolo and other local grapes.
The wine matures 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
Features
Colour: ruby red with garnet reflections.
perfume: black cherry, plum and sage.
Taste: dry, with medium acidity and silky tannins.

A wine with an intense flavour and great bouquet, it is suitable for a wide range of pairings. Further aged, it becomes a delicious meditation wine.
