Hayman’s Old tom Gin

Old Tom was once the most popular Gin in London, it has a richer and rounder taste than London Dry thanks to the addition of a part of sugar syrup. Hayman's Old Tom Tin is produced with an infusion of botanicals from all over the world and in particular the citrus peel and juniper are enhanced, giving intense aromas and a rounded taste to this gin with a delicate finish. The distillation takes place in traditional copper stills in a very artisanal way.
