Grappa Bianca Nardini
Grappa Nardini was not only the first Italian grappa, but it is still one of the best known and most appreciated today, a must in every self-respecting bar and restaurant. It is obtained with a triple distillation starting from the pomace of various grape varieties. Triple distillation in this case means that both small boilers, steam stills and continuous distillation are used. It is therefore the blend of three spirits, each obtained with a different system. The result is a rich and varied aromatic profile, an intense and decisive taste, but it is not aggressive, despite the high alcohol content. Grappa Nardini has a classic and decidedly mouth-filling and soft taste, certainly satisfying.
