Prosecco DOCG comes only from hillside vineyards, where the microclimate is more favorable to the growing of healthy and fragrant grapes. Nadin is a classic Prosecco made from the best grapes harvested in the vintage. It is fermented in steel vat in order to retain the purity of the typical floral and fruity aromas. 22-24 g/l residual sugar classifies it as Dry: it is off-dry and fruity. In particular, the residual sugar adds balance and consistence to the wine.
Features
Colour: straw yellow with greenish rim, furrowed by fine bubble chains.
perfume: youthful and fragrant, reminiscent of wisteria and white peach.
Taste: very well rounded and balanced, with high fruity flavor intensity.
Abbinamenti
Excellent at aperitif time, but can also be uncorked at the end of a meal paired with fresh cheeses and fruit.
Recommended with: charcuterie, hams and cold meat, raw meat, sushi and raw fish, vegetarian dishes, shellifish, crab and lobster, fresh cheese.
