Ciroc Vodka is produced using exclusively French grapes, Mauzac Blanc, typical of the Gaillac district, and Ugni Blanc, typical of the Cognac region. The production involves maceration and cold fermentation of the grapes, techniques typical of wine production. Despite this, Vodka is obviously part of the world of spirits and, precisely for this reason, the preparation obtained is subjected to a series of distillations, to which grape alcohol is then added for the final processing, for a total of five steps.
