Chambave Muscat Attente 2020 La Crotta Di Vegneron
This wine is produced in Valle d'Aosta, in the municipalities of Nus, Quart, Saint-Denis, Chambave and Chatillon, on steeply sloping, sandy, morainic soil, using only white Muscat grapes, grown using guyot, sapling and spurred cordon methods.
Vinified, for 24/36 hours, with cold pre-fermentation maceration and aged, on fine lees, in steel for 5 months.
The end result is a wine that is mainly citrus and vegetal; the taste is intense, elegant, persistent and with excellent balance.

perfume: intense, hints of citrus, pink grapefruit, sage, thyme.

Suggestions
Serve in a medium-sized glass at a temperature of 12 °C. We recommend accompanying it with a smoked-flavoured fish, a salmon would be perfect.
Recommended with: hard cheese, mushrooms, vegetarian dishes, fish, white meats.
