Pinot Grigio 2023 from the Tramin winery is produced, as the name implies, from pure Pinot Grigio grown in South Tyrol at an altitude of 200-400 metres on calcareous, clayey and gravelly soil.
The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo soft pressing, vinification proceeds in small stainless steel containers with partial malolactic fermentation.
The end result is a light but full-bodied white wine that is excellent with fish dishes.
