A sparkling wine cultivated in Valle D'Aosta, at an altitude of around 750 m above sea level using the guyot method, on soil with a strong mineral composition, which is able to extract all the qualities of the Pinot Noir grapes, from which it is made from 100%. Vinification is carried out according to the usual classic method vinification, with bottle ageing for 24 months.
The end result is a surprising wine that perfectly blends the unmistakable taste of Pinot noir with an elegant, fragrant bubble and mineral nuances.

Suggestions
Serve in a flûte, to best concentrate the aromas, at a temperature of about 8 °C. We recommend accompanying it with a fish dish, especially lobster spaghetti.
