Trentino Marzemino 2021
It is a lively youthful red wine typical of Trentino. Marzemino is a historic local vine variety of the region and its chosen homeland is Vallagarina, where the Letrari vineyards and cellar are located. The characteristics of the grape are precisely its predisposition to create fruity wines ready to drink, although it is also possible to find structured versions of Marzemino. Marzemino wine conquers consumers for its immediate and alluring aromas and balanced taste that make it versatile and suitable for everyday food. Its fame is testified by the last lines of Mozart's Don Giovanni: “… pour the wine, excellent Marzemino”.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature with maceration on the skins. After racking, the wine also undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages for a few months in steel before being bottled.
