Rhum Blanc Agricole J.M. Jungle Macouba Edition Limitée

J.M. is one of the finest brands of Caribbean Rum. It is not only a distillery, it also grows sugar cane and only distills the sugar cane juice from its own crops. The exotic decoration of the bottle recalls the very place where the distillery and its plantations are located, namely Macouba. It is produced with a discontinuous distillation in traditional copper alembic of the pure sugar cane juice. It is not aged in wood and therefore maintains a pure, fresh, particularly appetizing taste, to the point of suggesting gastronomic combinations.
