Fragolino Bianco Frizzante
Fragolino Bianco is produced by Bottega in Vento from a blend of grapes harvested from different vines.
After destemming, the grapes undergo a soft pressing; the process continues with the Martinotti method. Strawberry juice and natural aromas are added during the second fermentation.
The end result is a sparkling wine with a fresh, fruity flavour and strong hints of strawberry, ideal to drink during an aperitif with friends.

Suggestions
Serve in a flûte, at a temperature of about 6°C. We recommend accompanying it with a fruit tart or a tray of dry pastries.
